Your already online so looking at homes is easy and there are so many listing agents out there right now providing virtual tours, virtual open houses, and all the information one would need to buy the property. We can also visit the home for you, taking screenshots, face time, Zoom meetings, and anyway we can present the house to you without actually coming in contact with each other. Of course, you are welcome to drive by the home and if the property is vacant, we can safely let you into the house keeping a good 6 feet of distance between us and you browsing the house. We want to keep everyone safe and we understand that it’s important to see the property before you buy it.

There are plenty of ways to do so and we want to work with you at your comfort level. We all want to stay safe and it’s not unusual to be buying and selling homes right now. The real estate industry has been deemed essential because there are people that just need to sell their house or need to get into a house immediately and they simply cannot wait. If you need to sell your house…

Perhaps your home was on the market before all of this broke out or you were planning on selling anyway. We can help market your home safely, advertise it online, and provide buyers virtual tours and virtual open houses, the same we would do for our own buyers.

We would schedule a time to take pictures, sanitize all surfaces, and make sure there was at least a 30-minute window between the time we were in your house and the time you return. If the home is vacant, we can discuss staging options and if you’re ready to put in a little bit of elbow grease, there may be some things that you can do now to increase the value of your home.

Again, we want to work with you and there are a lot of different options in place. We can have lenders do all of your loan documents online with E signatures and have a notary come to you one-on-one for final signing. In several of our transactions, this is the only physical contact our clients have had throughout the process.
