Cambridge Forest is one of Antioch Tennessee’s newest home communities located off of Rural Hill Road and about 10 minutes to Interstate 24 and Highway 41. It sits about halfway between these two major roads that run north and south into downtown Nashville, making it a great location for commuters and those that work and play nearby.
This neighborhood is made up of midsize homes dating back to 1998 and still being built out today. These reasonably priced homes start at about $270,000 up to about $380,000. Homes are between 1500 ft.² and 2700 ft.² with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 3 to 4 bathrooms built by a variety of homebuilders. Each homesite has its own design and style and sit on quarter-acre lots with primarily two-car garage designs. However, you might find the occasional three-car garage or RV parking space available.
Homes & Condos
Within Cambridge Forest is a set of townhouses called the Cambridge Forest townhouses. These two-story townhouses range in price from about $175,000-$220,000 based on size and condition. Homeowner association dues are approximately $120 per month and cover common area maintenance, building maintenance, and management. (Be sure to check with current listings on specifics when it comes to Association dues and fees as these can change over the years.)

Again, this is a great location as there is one entrance off of Rural Hill Road and there are no through streets so you’ll likely only find residents and their guests along the roads in Cambridge Forest.
